Afterglow Mother Collective – Women’s Circle Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to an Afterglow Mother Collective Women’s Circle, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend or change your mind.

  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman aged 18 years or over by notifying Afterglow Mother Collective at least 24 hours before the event with her name and contact details.

  • If Afterglow Mother Collective cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered either a transfer to a future circle or a refund.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Attendance

  • Women’s Circles are designed for women aged 18 years and over.

  • Please arrive on time to help create a calm and uninterrupted space for everyone.

  • The opening meditation begins promptly, and late arrivals may not be able to join once the circle has commenced.

Health & Wellbeing

  • Women’s Circles are intended to provide a supportive space for reflection, connection and personal wellbeing. They are not therapy, counselling, psychological services or medical treatment.

  • Please participate only to the extent that feels comfortable for you.

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing during the event.

Respect & Confidentiality

To help create a safe and welcoming environment, all participants agree to:

  • Treat one another with kindness, compassion and respect.

  • Honour the confidentiality of personal stories shared within the circle.

  • Share from their own experience without judgement or unsolicited advice.

  • Help create an inclusive, supportive and welcoming space for everyone attending.

Food & Allergies

Light refreshments may be served during the event. While every reasonable care is taken, food is prepared in a home kitchen and may contain common allergens. Please notify us of any dietary requirements before attending.

Photography & Social Media

To help share the warmth and community of Afterglow Mother Collective, photographs and short videos may be taken before, during or after the event and may be used on our website, social media channels, newsletters and other promotional materials.

By attending, you consent to the use of images and videos in which you may appear unless you advise the facilitator before the circle begins that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed. Your preference will always be respected, and reasonable steps will be taken to ensure you are not included in promotional content.

If you take photographs or videos during the event and share them directly with Afterglow Mother Collective, or tag or mention Afterglow Mother Collective on social media, you grant permission for your content to be reposted or shared across our website, social media channels and marketing materials unless you advise us otherwise. Where practical, credit will be given to the original creator.

To protect the privacy of everyone attending, we ask that participants do not photograph or film other guests without their consent.

Changes to the Event

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require changes to the event, including the facilitator, activities, venue or schedule. If this occurs, we will endeavour to notify attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
