A professional, doula, women’s circle facilitator, intuitive guide and Mother.

My work has always been drawn towards women’s spaces and moments that define women in scoeity.

Menarche. Motherhood. Identity. Change. Relationships. Loss. Growth. The messy middle.

I am interested in the stories we inherit about being women, the ones we choose to keep, and the ones we might be ready to rewrite.

I believe women need spaces where they don’t have to preform, achieve or have everything figured out.

Just spaces where they can be human.
