I'm a mother of two, originally from Aotearoa (New Zealand), now raising my little family in Sydney with my British husband. Without immediate family support nearby, I felt firsthand the deep need for community and care during the tender seasons of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum-an experience that inspired the heart behind this business. I've had two beautiful, yet very different birth journeys, each igniting my lifelong passion for nurturing others and exploring the transformational path of motherhood.

I care deeply and want to support women on their journeys where the medical systems currently fall through. I have a particular interest in helping women with nuerodiveristy as there are limited support systems for their transition to Motherhood.

I have a background in sensory science, market research and a natural curiosity, I've been drawn to the intricacies of physiology, psychology, early childhood development, and most recently, matrescence. I find joy in bringing women together, holding space for healing, and helping others feel seen and supported. Outside of my work, I love yoga, spirituality, art, knitting, sewing, baking, reading, travelling, rugby, water sports, and camping with my family.

My dream for Afterglow Mother Collective is to create a business that collects awesome people, supports flexibility for working parents, supports women and families, connects Mothers and brings the village back to Motherhood.

As the Chief Experience Curator, I craft moments and hold space for transformations to unfold.

Thrugh ceremony, storytelling, and connection, I support people in navigating moments of change — when identities shift, when something must be let go, or when something new longs to emerge. 

My practice is shaped by years of global exploration. I weave together the stories, symbols, and cultural wisdom I’ve gathered on my travels, grounding it in established models drawn from qualifications in organisational change management and a Diploma in Counselling.

I’m a tour guide and art storyteller at Tate UK, MCA, and AGNSW — passionate about uncovering the unseen layers behind places and objects. I don’t simply walk people through cities and galleries — I guide them into new ways of seeing and creating meaning with their environment.
